DIRECTIONS FOR USE- Take 1 to 2 capsules a day, or as recommended by your doctor or midwife. 1 capsule provides 14mg of iron, i.e. 100% of the recommended daily allowance. Compatible with pregnancy and breast-feeding. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Food supplements should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and not as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet.
