Description- This pre-sun nutritional supplement has been specifically formulated for Holidaymie, under medical supervision. Developed for 45 days of intense repair and protection, its effectiveness is made up of a synergy of active ingredients that are effective in reducing damage caused by UV rays.
BENEFITS- Green tea, rich in catechins, helps to protect the skin against UV-induced oxidative damage. The combination of vitamins C and E, beta-carotene, lycopene and grape seed supports the skin's natural defences against UV-induced damage. Borage oil is rich in vitamin E and essential fatty acids, the main components of the hydrolipidic film. This film provides a first barrier against external aggressions and fights against skin dryness caused by prolonged exposure to the sun. Beta carotene is a carotenoid naturally extracted from the algae dunaliella salina. It binds oxygen, thus limiting cell oxidation, and also protects vitamin E. It is the precursor of vitamin A, known to protect the skin. Tomato Lycopene acts in synergy with beta carotene to reinforce its anti-oxidant action. L-Tyrosine is the natural precursor of melanin. This molecule, responsible for the pigmentation of our skin and therefore for tanning, absorbs a large part of UV rays. It is therefore both a filter and a sunscreen. Vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant, promotes the normal formation of collagen and thus counteracts the harmful effect of UV rays on the skin's support cells. The skin retains its firmness and density. Selenium is a trace element with antioxidant properties. It contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress and thus limits the premature ageing of cells. OPC, polyphenols present in grape seeds, have remarkable antioxidant properties. They are powerful free radical scavengers, which help to reduce the damage caused by oxidative stress. Centella asiatica helps healing, prevents skin slackening, and soothes sensitive, dry or damaged skin. It also has anti-ageing properties as it promotes collagen synthesis and improves microcirculation. Vitamin E is present in all the cells of the body: it protects their membranes from destruction due to exposure to oxygen and also has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. This super-vitamin protects skin cells from premature ageing. Zinc plays a role in the process of cell division, and therefore in tissue regeneration. It helps to protect cells against oxidative stress and helps to maintain normal skin. It is an essential trace element for the proper functioning of skin cells.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE- Suitable for all skin types
- In addition to your usual Holidermie supplements, take 1 capsule per day, ideally in the morning at breakfast time. Start taking 10 days before sun exposure, then throughout the exposure and post-exposure period until the end of the treatment, in order to prolong the soothing and repairing action. For optimal results, use in conjunction with Holidermie’s sunscreens and after-sun products. Not recommended for children, adolescents or smokers. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
