- Apply Active Glow to prepared nails without base or top coat. Modulate the coats according to the desired effect: one coat for a natural effect, two coats for a more pronounced effect. Allow to air dry for a few seconds. Active Glow can be removed with a mild remover such as Water Remover Green™ or Green Flash.
