    • 1 game board with a 3D temple, 90 question cards (2 difficulty levels), 40 zen cards, 36 move cards, 2 counters (Zenda the panda and a ninja), 1 reminder (message from the sensei) and 1 guide
    • Answer the questions and complete the 'Zen challenges' to get Zenda to the temple. But be careful, you have to get to the end of the course before the ninja, who represents stress!
