This collection of five tales, freely revisited with a modern twist, gives a voice to five plants from five countries. With them, we explore the links between plants, animals, humans and even galaxies!
The journey begins in Japan with Momotaro, the peach boy who can make peaches with extraordinary powers grow from his fingertips. We then stop off in Madagascar, where Perroquet, chased away by Source de toute chose, took Manioc to meet Man. A great Iranian palace opens its doors to us, where we find Watermelon, the dragon's daughter! The trail continues and takes us to the top of a Bulgarian hill to discover Fraxinelle, the healing plant from outer space. Finally, in the forests of Quebec, where war rages among the Iroquois, we accompany White Pine on his quest to bring peace to the hearts of Men.
