DIRECTIONS FOR USE- Take 3 capsules per day, ideally with a meal. We recommend that you take "Pregnancy" throughout your pregnancy and for a minimum of 3 months. In postpartum, you can take or continue "Pregnancy" until you stop breastfeeding, and up to 6 months after giving birth.
