    • This Absolu de Magnésium dietary supplement provides your body with the dose it needs to reach its full physical and mental potential.


      Its formula contains natural magnesium derived from seawater, and patented micro-encapsulated magnesium derived from biotechnology to promote perfect bioavailability and optimal effectiveness. It also combines group B and D vitamins to boost magnesium assimilation and its action in the body.

Magnesium glycerophosphate, a combined source of magnesium and phosphorus, is very well tolerated by the body and highly assimilable, helping in cases of stress or anxiety.     DIRECTIONS FOR USE
    • Suitable for pregnant women, Suitable for breastfeeding women 2 capsules per day. Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 at midday, for example.
