    Description
    • This thirst-quenching balm offers a cocktail of active ingredients ideal for soothing and refreshing skin that has become overheated after sun exposure. Its formula is enriched with organic aloe vera gel with anti-inflammatory properties, organic shea butter known for its regenerating properties, and organic peppermint floral water to soothe skin discomfort.
    BENEFITS
    • Centella Asiatica or Tiger Herb, helps healing, prevents skin slackening and soothes sensitive, dry or damaged skin. It also has anti-ageing properties as it promotes collagen synthesis and improves microcirculation. This plant of Indian origin has been used for over 2000 years in Ayurvedic medicine to treat wounds and skin problems. Buddleja Offinalis, or Butterfly Tree, extract is a global phyto-protector: it is antioxidant, regenerating and repairing, and helps to combat the harmful effects of the sun. It also has healing, anti-inflammatory and soothing properties and stimulates collagen synthesis. Sweet almond oil creates a protective film that retains the water contained in the first layer on the skin's surface, and thus preserves the hydrolipidic film, the first barrier against UV rays. In addition, the skin remains supple thanks to the softening effect of this oil. Shea butter is rich in essential fatty acids and ceramides. It maintains the skin's hydration and also contains an important unsaponifiable fraction which gives it regenerating, soothing, and cell renewal accelerating properties. Peppermint floral water is toning and refreshing, tightens pores and revives dull complexions. It is also known to soothe skin discomfort. Aloe Vera gel has a pH level close to that of the skin, which gives it excellent moisturising properties, beneficial for the skin's elasticity. It is also known to have anti-inflammatory and healing properties.
    COMPOSITION

    DIRECTIONS FOR USE
    • Suitable for all skin types
    • Apply generously to the whole body after sun exposure. Massage with light circular movements. For optimal results, use in conjunction with Holidermie’s Sun Protection Nutritional Supplements and the Cell Defence Sun Cream, available in SPF 30 and SPF 50.
