- Best used with Holidermie Regenerating Body Oil to soften skin and promote penetration of active ingredients. For slimming action, immerse the Gua Sha for a few minutes in hot water: heat has a beneficial effect on lipid breakdown. For a toning effect, to tighten tissues and relieve heavy legs, place the Gua Sha in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes before massage. This product is not forbidden for pregnant women. We advise you to handle it with care and store it in a pouch.
