Description- This massage tool has been used for over 5,000 years by Ayurvedic practitioners in order to massage the marmas or "energy points" within your body.
BENEFITS- This Kansa Wand tool not only plumps, smoothes, firms and softens fine lines, but also, releases acids from the body which can produce a grey effect on the skin which can easily be rinsed off with water. The greying effect means that your skin is detoxifying.
COMPOSITION- 100% teak wood handle with a pure kansa base (copper + tin).
DIRECTIONS FOR USE- Start by applying a few drops of your favourite serum. You can massage in the way that suits you best. Here are some recommendations: 1. Massage the wand in circles around the middle of the forehead five times counterclockwise. Repeat five times clockwise. 2. Draw the figure eight pattern on the forehead five times. This calms the mind and emotions, stimulates memory and improves concentration. It is also useful for relieving sinus headaches. 3. Massage in a zigzag pattern on the forehead five times, using gentle pressure. 4. Clench your teeth so that you feel the jaw muscle. Massage with firm pressure in a circular motion on this point with the wand. Repeat five times. 5. Go around the cheekbone five times with firm pressure. 6. Move under the cheekbone. Massage up and down with firm pressure from the corner of the mouth to the earlobe and back to the corner of the mouth. 7. Move to the jaw line. Move down from the ear along the jawline towards the chin, then from the chin to the earlobe following the jawline. For daily maintenance, simply wipe the tool after each use or use soap and water on the metal part only.
