    • This water-based eye serum is designed to target the signs of aging around the eyes. It uses multiple peptide technologies to help reduce the appearance of crow's feet, under-eye wrinkles, eye bags, puffiness and dark circles, leaving the eye area brighter, smoother and less puffy.
